[edit] Walkthrough

1. Once the quest is accepted, travel to Wellspring Cave, northeast of the Imperial City.
   
2. Go inside and kill the Necromancer guarding the body. Examine the body to get a quest update.
   
3. Progress through the cave, killing all the Necromancers and Skeletons, and talk to Noveni Othran.
   
4. Kill Noveni and her friends, and get the Unfinished Staff from the stone chest.
   
5. Go back to the Arcane Uni and talk to Raminus Polus, then go to the Chironasium and speak with Delmar.
   
6. Choose your staff and then wait for 24 hours.
   
7. Talk to Delmar again to receive your staff and finish the quest.
