The Adoring Fan is an unnamed male Bosmer residing in the Imperial City Arena District. After you reach the rank of Grand Champion in the arena "guild", he will appear and ask to follow you around. He is one of the most annoying characters in the game, mainly because of his dialogue. If killed, he respawns in the Arena after 3 days. He is widely known for having so many people hit him off of Dive Rock. So much it became old and people had to find funny ways of getting him to go off.

The Adoring Fan will follow you all over Cyrodill. He is a very weak fighter and will run whenever combat initiates. This can be good if you don't notice an enemy so pay attention to him, if he starts running you know an enemy is near. He will fight however if you use a rally spell on him and he can keep your enemies distracted. He is also useful in the fact that whenever you reach a low lighted area he'll pull out a torch to help light the way. This frees up your hands so you can wield a shield and not worry about lighting. He's not very good at sneaking thus a stealth based character might have trouble sneaking with him around (not to mention that light is a stealth based characters number one enemy and the torch the Adoring Fan pulls out is just another light source that could expose an assassin).
