Altmer

Hailing from the Summerset Isles, Altmer are the most gifted with the arcane arts. High Elves are often looked down upon the other races, as they tend to act snobbish and elitist. Indeed, they are the staple of Imperial arts, crafts, and inventions.
In the game, High Elves are purely mages. This is all they are good for. They receive hefty bonuses to all magic based skills.
