Buying a house in Cheydinhal

Contents

[edit] Walkthrough

[edit] Overview

Cheydinhal houses are influenced by Morrowind style architecture and one of these grand looking houses is up for sale, its exactly opposite the Mages Guild hall in the City. If you are interested in buying the house then head over towards Castle Cheydinhal and speak with the Count. The house in Cheydinhal due to the simplicity of its layout and large amount of storage space makes it one of the best houses in the game for value considering its alot cheaper then Rosethorn Hall.

[edit] Getting the Deed

Head up to the Castle and speak to Count Cheydinhal, Andel Indarys and ask about buying a house. He will agree to sell you the house for 15,000 Septims however as with all Oblivion houses for sale it is largely unfurnished and so he suggests you speak to Borba gra-Uzgash at Borba's Goods and Stores to buy all the furnishings.

[edit] Getting the Furniture

Head to Borba's Goods and Stores and speak to Borba and buy all the furnishings off her for a cost of roughly 15,000 Septims (Depending on your Mercantile). Once you have purchased all the furnishings you have finished the Quest.
