Cloud Ruler Temple is a fort for the The Blades north of Bruma in the Jerall Mountains. It's a secret stronghold for The Blades and is the safest place for Martin to hide from the enemy in the Main Quest. When going through the Main Quest you'll be visiting the temple often, and if you choose to join The Blades by speaking to Jauffre then you'll have free access to all of the weapons and armor in the Temple.

Two different skill books can be found in the temple, "Beggar" for Athletics and "The Legend of Krately House" for Sneak.
