Erissare Arenim is a female Altmer who lives with her husband Soris Arenim in their house in the Talos Plaza District. In the Bravil Recommendation quest - where you need to buy Ardaline's staff off of Soris - She will foolishly tell you where the staff is kept, and where you can find the key to unlock the chest it's kept in if you raise her disposition to 70.
