The Imperial City (Shot 1)

The Imperial City is the heart of the Empire and is located in the center of Tamriel and the center of Cyrodiil province. The Imperial city can be seen from many locations throughout Cyrodiil. At its center stands White Gold Tower which houses the Imperial Palace, the official residence of the Emperor and the Elder Council. The other districts of the City are arranged around the tower like spokes on a wheel, with the exception of the Prison District, Waterfront District and Arcane University which are all located outside of the main city walls.
