Mania the brighter side of Lord Sheogorath, it is inhabited by very over-happy people, as well as being very bright and vibrant, it contains my bright plants useful for Alchemy. Mania is ruled by Thadon and is guarded by the Golden Saints. It is one of the two sides of The Shivering Isles.
