Nilawen is a female Bosmer who owns The Fair Deal in Bravil and sells general goods. She sells the exclusive item Robe of Creativity and also sells the upgrades to the house in Bravil. When asked about Bravil, she will respond with;

"What's a pretty young thing like me doing in this swamp town? I inherited it from my late husband, and I aim to make it work."
