The best warriors in the Elder Scrolls series, the Redguards are not to be trifled with. Even though they hail from Hammerfell, Redguards originally came from the sunken continent Yokuda, to the far west. When Yokuda sank (which was apparently predictable), the Redguards sailed west to the unpopulated Hammerfell region.
In the Elder Scroll universe, Redguards are the most talented of warriors (and quickest too). This is about all they are good for unfortunately; they receive negative attributes to magic.
