Soris Arenim is a male Dark Elf who resides in the Imperial City in the Talos Plaza District. He is involved in the Bravil Recommendation quest because Varon Vamori sold him Ardaline's staff, which he stole from her. Soren will sell it to you for 200 gold, or if you talk to his wife Erissare Arenim she will foolishly tell you where the staff is kept, and where you can find the key to unlock the chest it's kept in as well.
