Stealth
From The Elder Scrolls - Wiki on Neoseeker
Stealth is when you are crouched down, invisible, or using a chameleon spell or enchantment. Anything that keeps others from being aware of your presence. If you are unseen, you may inflict critical damage upon attack and can pickpocket other characters. You may also steal from houses and not be noticed is you are stealthy enough.
