The Talos Plaza District is the richest district of the Imperial City. The wealthiest citizens live here in extravagant and large houses. Talos Plaza is connected to the Elven Gardens District and the Temple District. The Plaza also is the district that is directly connected to the massive bridge linking the Imperial City and City Isle to the rest of Cyrodiil. Talos Plaza is connected to Green Emperor Way as with all inner districts and is named after Talos one of The Nine Divines.
