Vicente Valtieri is a Breton, and has been a vampire for over 300 years. He has also been a member of the Dark Brotherhood for 200 years. Once you've completed all the quests he gives he'll direct you to Ocheeva for further contracts. He then offers to make you a vampire, should you chose to. His name is also unique given his race, as the name Vicente is of Spanish origin, the French version being Vincent.
