The Waterfront District is where the Imperial City Harbor is located and can be accessed by entering the tunnel from the Temple District. The Imperial Trading company is based here and has offices and a warehouse here. The poor of the city live in shacks here and the area is rife with thieves. The Imperial Watch often state this area is dangerous.
