Weakness to Normal Weapons
School: Destruction
Base Cost: 0.2500
Resist Value: Resist Magic
Flags: Spellmaking, Enchanting, Hostile, Detrimental, Recover, Magnitude %, FX Persist, Self, Touch, Target
Counter Effects: Dispel, Resist Normal Weapons
Effect: Makes the target weaker to normal (unenchanted) weapons for X amount for Y seconds.
